complete lack of customer focus. I wanted to buy a car, and I guess I was unlucky because I was corresponding with Igor Kamche, who promised that a financial advisor would contact me the next day. However, no one contacted me. After a week, I reminded Igor that no one had reached out to me, but my message went unanswered. It’s now been three weeks since then. I don’t think anyone will contact me at this point.
Jamal is a dynamic and professionnal seller in all levels. He knew the exact car that I needed. He took the time to explain every detail and was brutally honest with every opinion he gave. I highly recommend Jamal for his 5-stars service !!
I scheduled a test drive and when I got there at the arranged time the reception didn't acknowledge me nor did anyone else for several minutes. Then the person I was to meet with came over, said he'd go get the car and clear it off and did my partner and I want to sit down and have a coffee. I said no, I'd like to see the car please. He left and didn't appear again for a while. Came back to get his boots on and took a battery charger with him. was away for another several minutes and came back in muttering about the cold, grabbed a different charger and started to leave again. I stopped him and said, look if I have already waited nearly 1/2 hr and the battery is dead it's not looking good. I have to get to work. I went out with him and the car was buried in snow and still had ice on the windshield and windows. The battery was dead. I said this isn't going to work for me, that I had driven 1/2 hr to get there and shouldn't it have been ready to go when I arrived? he muttered about someone was supposed to clear the snow etc. I left and will not waste my time there again. Do not recommend.

I've found a car on autotrader and contacted the dealership they called me back to confirm the next day appointment.
When I arrived to the dealership the vehicle was not there and I live 30min away.
The sales rep apologized and asked me if I wanted to see it the next day I said yes.
Today they called me in the am to confirm that the vehicle was at the dealership and to confirm that I was still interested I said yes .
Few hours later the same salesman calls me saying the car was SOLD!
I will never go back to this place
And I strongly suggest to all of you to say away from this place.
Had an appointment to test drive a Q5 2018 , confirmed the day before and arrived to the dealership in time for my appointment.
Turns out the boss decided to take it for the weekend , what a waste of my time, and such an incredibly disappointing service. Don't waste your time like I did.
